Flowers versus Grey!

Oggi è una di quelle giornate in cui mi sento in subbuglio. Quelle in cui mi sento di cattivo umore e tutto è un po' storto....forse c'entra la caldaia che stamattina si è spenta senza nemmeno salutare, quella maleducata.

E allora rispondo così, con una sberla di colori, sbam

E che questo lunedì finisca presto, yeap!!!

 

Today is one of those days when I feel in confusion. A day that I feel with a bad mood and everything is a bit wrong....maybe got to do that this morning the boiler turns off without even saying goodbye, that rude.
And then I answer so, with a colorful slap!
And that this Monday will end soon, yeap !!!

 

Special Paper

Da quando ho scoperto lo scrapbooking per me la carta è quasi un abito. Un vestito da scegliere con cura che deve essere adatto all'occasione....e come per alcuni abiti, li si guarda nell'armadio e non si ha mai il coraggio di indossarli perché si ha quasi il timore di sciuparli.
Ecco, spesso mi trovo (come una pazza, ma so per certo di non essere sola....chi avrà il coraggio di dirlo? daiiiii) a contemplare i miei blocchi di carta come facevo con gli album delle figurine da piccola...li sfogliavo ammaliata....
Ecco che le carte della graphic ad esempio hanno questo effetto su di me...ma ultimamente ho deciso che la carta ha uno scopo: vestire un progetto, in fondo l'ho presa per questo. E quindi non sarà mai sprecata....soprattutto per persone speciali! Come patty, donna di cuore enorme e di intelligenza delicata che adoro ascoltare con serenità, quella che riesce sempre a trasmettermi.
Meritavi una carta speciale. Anzi, meriteresti tutto il blocco, tutte le collezioni.

Since I discovered scrapbooking for me the paper is almost a dress. A dress to choose carefully to be appropriate for the occasion .... and as for some clothes, you look them in the closet and you never have the courage to wear because you have almost the fear of waste them.
Yes, I contemplate often (like crazy, but I know for sure I am not alone .... who has the courage to say it? ) my pads of paper ... I admire fascinated....
the papers of Graphic 45 for example have this effect on me ... but lately I've decided that the paper has a purpose: dress a project, after all I got for it. And then it will never be wasted....especially for special people! As patty, woman of great heart and delicate intelligence that I love listening with serenity, that always transmits to me.
She Deserve a a special paper. Indeed, she deserves all the collections.

Soft Birthday

Vorrei poter dire che sono una che non butta via niente....che sono una che altera tutti gli oggetti che trova in giro per la casa.....che sono una che riesce a dare nuova vita a cose utilizzando scampoli di carta di pochi cm.....
Ma io no...non sono così, no no.....
Io mi impegno eh, davvero, lo giuro. Mi riempio i cassetti di buste colorate in cui metto gli avanzi di tutte le carta che ho usato e tagliato, addirittura quando il cassetto non si chiude più (e non è bello da vedere, è in cucina) cerco di fare la brava e dividere gli avanzi grandi da quelli piccoli....e mi sento a posto con la coscienza per circa....10 minuti dai.
Poi però apro l'album di carte da 30x30 e via, ne taglio una nuova, bella grande.
Però stavolta sono riuscita a recuperare dei pezzettini....sì, i petali della bellissima fustella del fiore traforato.....e ce l'ho fatta, ho creato pure un abbellimento, yea. e quindi, per questo compleanno di un'amica di Kat (la mia grande amica!) ho realizzato una card molto soft e ho usato i petali del fiore che sono avanzati per crearne un altro....e adesso via a collezionare micropetali!!

I'd like to say that I'm a person that does not throw anything away .... that I'm a person that alter all objects found at home..... that I'm a person that gives a new life to things using scraps of paper of few cm .....
But I don't ... I'm not so, no no .....
I tried eh, really, I swear! I fill the drawers with colored envelopes when I put the paper junk that I used and cut off, even when the drawer does not close (and it is not nice to see, is in the kitchen) I try to be good sharing the large scraps from small ones .... and I feel good with the consciousness for about .... 10 minutes about.
But then I open the paper's album 12x12 and go, I cut a new, pretty big sheet.
But this time I was able to use small pieces .... yes, the petals of the beautiful flower's die..... and I did it, I created a embellishment as well, yea! and so, for this birthday of a friend of Kat (my great friend!) I made a very soft card and I used the flower petals that are left to create another one.... and now go collecting  micropetals! !

Gold Birthday

I compleanni meritano di essere sempre festeggiati con paillettes, luce e allegria.
L'oro si presta ad essere il party color per tantissimi eventi, moderandolo a seconda dell'occasione, senza esagerare.
qui ho voluto usarlo per far risaltare il vellum che ho timbrato e il risultato è stato molto luminoso....forse così tanto che la macchina fotografica non è riuscita a fare bene il suo lavoro!
Ho lasciato la card abbastanza semplice per non trasformarla in lanterna, ih ih ih.....

I think that birthdays must be celebrate forever with paillettes, light and joy.
In my opinion gold is the party color for many events, but it's important not overdoing.
Here I wanted to use it to bring out the vellum that I stamped and the result is very bright .... maybe so much that the camera was not able to do it's job well!
I left the card simple to not turn into lantern, hee hee hee .....
