Clouds

I capelli....questo argomento per me è proprio intrinseco. Chi mi conosce sa perché....io ne ho un filo tanti....e ultimamente li ho anche tagliati parecchio....e chiaramente non sono mai contenta.
Ma pure nella colorazione mi fanno casino! In un'altra vita forse ero un muflone....tutto capello e sgrunt.
Questa bimbina....se fosse stato per me l'avrei lasciata pelata....ma no, per colorare i capelli bisogna fare così, così e così....il che significa francy: butta via tutto quello che non è stato sfumato con leggeri tocchi del pennarello. E io di leggero non ho niente.
Ma spero che questa sia un inizio, dopo tante nella differenziata!
Ho usato questo timbro per il challenge di Storie di timbri carta e.....l'argomento è celestiale, le nuvole! partecipate amiche?

hair .... this issue for me is just intrinsic. Anyone who knows me knows why .... I Have a lot of hair .... and lately I've cut a lot .... and I'm never happy of course.
But also the coloration is difficult! In another life maybe I was a mouflon .... all hair and sgrunt.
This little girl.... if it was for me I would leave her bald .... but no, to color good hair you have to do so, so and so .... which means francy: throw away everything that is not was shaded with light touches of the marker!
But I hope this is a beginning, after attempts!

Goodbye Christmas!

Forse sarò impopolare...o forse semplicemente dirò una cosa che molti pensano..ma io delle feste non ne posso più!
Certo, domani si rientra in ufficio....e questo basta per rendere la giornata della befana ancora più da scopa....ma non per volare!
Però il clima natalizio mi ha un po' stufata....ma io sono così e mi annoio facilmente, non fateci caso! da domani si gira pagina.....e si pensa a proseguire con l'inverno....ed è proprio questo il tema del challenge di Storie di timbri carta e....

Maybe I'll be unpopular ... or maybe I just tell you one thing that many thinks..but I'm tired about this christmas period!
Sure, tomorrow we go back in the office.... and so I'm really sad!

Barefoot Christmas

Natale si avvicina a piedi scalzi, senza far rumore....
Vuoi perché il tempo è strano, vuoi perché ho altre cose per la testa (quella attaccata al collo e piena di capelli....lo dico a me stessa per ricordarmelo altrimenti mi dimenticherei anche di quella....) e perché non faccio l'albero di natale da quando è entrata in casa Frida....bè, mi sembra lontano....e invece è vicinissimo, aiutooooo!!!
Per il nuovo challenge di Storie di timbri carta e... il tema è Christmas with a bow e quindi ho creato un po' di policy envelope natalizie!
Con l'occasione ho realizzato anche qualche piccola tag, con il fondo acrilico che avevo già usato in un paio di post fa....e anche stavolta non ho usato fustelle ma solo carta, colla, forbici e qualche file digitale di Valentina's Creations. A volte stare un po' a dieta di big shot fa bene...non fa dimagrire ma aiuta a stimolare di più la creatività!!

Christmas is barefootcoming , without a sound ....
Because the weather is strange, because I have other things on my mind (the head is attached to the neck and full of hair .... I say it to myself to remind me otherwise I would forget also that ....) and because I don't do Christmas tree since Frida is in my house .... Well, it seems to me far .... and instead is very close, helpppp!!!
For the new challenge of Storie di timbri carta e...blog the theme is Christmas with a bow and then I created a bit of Christmas policy envelopes!
On this occasion I also made some small tags with the acrylic colors that I had used some posts ago .... and once again I did not use dies but only paper, glue, scissors and some digital file of Valentina's Creations . Sometimes being a bit on a diet of big shot is good ... I dont' loose weight but helps to stimulate more creativity!!

 

 

 

 

Acrylic Experiment

In fiera a Milano e poi successivamente a Vicenza, dalle super sorelle di Futura Premana, ho preso delle paste per colorare legno e carta.
Ne sono rimasta affascinata anche se io non ho mai provato seriamente ad usare materiali di questo tipo. Però qualche esperimento lo sto facendo, su cartoncino embossato, e inizio a prenderci confidenza.
La prima tag è stata coperta solo da uno strato di acrilico bianco che assomiglia molto al gesso come effetto finale, anche se resta meno in rilievo.
La seconda è stata coperta (come mi hanno insegnato in fiera) con due strati di colori diversi (prima il grigio e poi il bianco) che successivamente ho trattato con una cera, dando questo effetto vintage, quasi marmoreo. Bè, non vedo l'ora di pastrocchiare ancora con questi colori, mi sono divertita!!
Entrambi sono tag realizzate senza l'uso di fustelle....sono solo file grafici di Valentina's Creations che ho tagliato e incollato con adesivo spessorato e il risultato mi sembra interessante anche senza girare manovelle....ah ah ah!!
La prima tag è il progetto realizzato come DT per il challenge di Storie di timbri carta e..... e il premio di questo mese è proprio un kit a scelta di Valentina's Creations!!

At the fairs in Milan and then later in Vicenza, I bought some acrylic colors for wood and paper.
I was fascinated though I never seriously tried to use such materials. But I'm doing some experiments, on embossed paper, and I starting to approach.
The first tag was covered only by a layer of white color that is very similar to gesso as final effect, although it remains less in relief.
The second was covered with two layers of different colors (first gray and then white) that I subsequently treated with a wax, giving this vintage and Marble effect. Well, I can not wait to enjoy again with these colors!!
Both tags are made without the use of dies .... just graphic files of Valentina's Creations that I cut and pasted with adhesive and the result seems interesting without turning crank of Big Shot!!
The first tag is the project made as DT for Storie di Timbri carta e...challenge and the prize, this month, is just a kit of your choice by Valentina's Creations !!

Miao Card

Già, miaoooooo!!
ottobre, nel blog Storie di Timbri carta e... sarà il mese dedicato alla combinazione di colori preferiti, questo sarà il tema del challenge! E come ispirazione ho proposto questa combinazione, rosa e grigio....è un rosa salmone a dirla tutta, un tono che a me è sempre piaciuto molto.
il micio è colorato con pastelli acquerellabili e i numeri sono chipboard coperti con carta scrap e il magico glossy accent. La coccarda è fatta con cartoncino ondulato e non manca il mio materiale preferito, il vellum! E' un po' un rebus....vediamo se indovinate il senso della card.....
Allora vi aspettiamo per il challenge?

Storie di Timbri carta e...challenge will be dedicated to the combination of favorite colors! And here I proposed this combination, pink and gray .... is a salmon pink to be honest, in a tone that I've always loved it. 
the cat is colored with watercolor pencils and numbers are made of chipboard covered with paper and the magic glossy accent. The rosette is made with cardboard and not miss my favorite material, vellum! 
so we wait for the challenge!!

Yellow Tag

Capita anche a voi di realizzare cose complesse o laboriose per gli altri....e poi per le persone più vicine di non avere mai nulla all'altezza?
a me....sempre!!
mio marito voleva che facessi una cosa per lui con un cuoricino imbottito che avevo fatto qualche settimana fa e che a lui piaceva tanto....e quindi gli ho preparato una tag, magari da portare in ufficio! esigo fotografia della mia tag sulla scrivania, ovviamente, caro mio!!
Questo progetto rientra anche nel nuovo challenge di Storie di timbri in cui il vincolo è l'utilizzo di almeno una fustella....chi ha voglia partecipi, scade il 28 settembre!

Often I must realize complex or difficult things for others .... and then for the people that I love I have never anything ready and good!
Yes, it happens always to me!!
My husband wanted something for him with a stuffed heart that I had done a few weeks ago .... and then I did a tag, he has said that he will keep in the office.....of course I want a pic of the tag on the desk, my dear !!
This project is also perfect for the new challenge of Storie di timbri carta e....blog where the topic is "using  a die".... who wants to participate, expires Sept. 28!

The Transparency of Vellum

Da un po' di tempo sto usando il vellum per le mie card, adoro la semi trasparenza di questo materiale, questo effetto vedo non vedo.
Il vellum in realtà è carta da disegno (carta velina o carta pergamena liscia, come la si vuole chiamare) e si trova solitamente in album in cartoleria con grammature piuttosto basse.
in qualche copisteria si trovano anche grammature più pesanti e in questo caso ho utilizzato un 250 grammi che riesce a tenere di più l'embossatura senza piegarsi (attenzione però, la trasparenza diminuisce!)
Per il blog Storie di timbri ho realizzato un piccolo foto tutorial (io sono un'imbranata cronica su queste cose...avviso prima così chi lo andrà a vedere sa già che dovrà metterci un po' di immaginazione per capire!!) per mostrare solo alcuni dei tanti utilizzi del vellum!

In this period I'm using vellum for my cards, I love the semi transparency effect of this material.
The vellum is basically paper for designers and you can usually find it in some shops with low weights.
In this case I used a 250 grams sheet that keeps better the embossing heat without folding (attention because the transparency decreases!)
